These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to direct bookings made for The Old Boat House through this website.
1. The accommodation
The Old Boat House is located at Newry Street, Carlingford, Ireland. The accommodation offered to guests is the ground-floor apartment.
2. Making a booking
A booking is not confirmed until the website confirms the reservation and any required payment has been successfully completed.
3. Price and payment
The total price shown during checkout applies to the dates and guest details selected. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00. Guests should advise the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
Check-out is by 11:00.
5. Guest numbers
The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number permitted for the accommodation and confirmed during booking.
6. Children and cots
Children of any age are welcome and that a cot for children aged 0–2 may be available on request free of charge. Cots are subject to availability and confirmation. No extra beds are available.
7. Special requests
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
8. Behaviour and parties
The property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests must behave responsibly and must not cause nuisance, excessive noise, danger or damage.
9. Damage
If you cause damage during your stay, you may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. The current Booking.com listing states that guests may be asked to pay up to €300 after check-out.
10. Third-party bookings
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform are governed by the terms shown on that platform.
